You must inspect your order upon receipt. Report any shipping damage within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • In new, unworn condition (no scuffs, dirt, or signs of wear)
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special order work boots
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Products without original packaging or showing signs of wear

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You’ll receive credit via your original payment method within 5-10 business days (credit cards) or 3-5 business days (PayPal).

For size exchanges, follow the return process and specify your new size. For style exchanges, you’re responsible for any price difference.
